Registration fee
includes: Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Cultural
Shows, Access to All Meetings,Poster Presentations and the
Exhibition Hall, Congress Bag (including Program Catalogue,
ID Badge, Pen and Congress Notebook) and Shuttle Services.
• A notice of
cancellation must be received in writing to Zed Event
Management & Consultancy via e-mail gozde@zed.com.tr or fax,
+90 312 219 5701, no later than January 31, 2009 to receive
a full refund.
• Registrations cancelled between January 01, 2009 and March
15, 2009, will have 75% of the registration fee refunded. A
cancellation penalty of 25% will be deducted.
• Registrations cancelled between March 16, 2009 and April
15, 2009, will have 25% of the registration fee refunded. A
cancellation penalty of 75% will be deducted.
**No refunds will be permitted for registration
cancellations after April 16, 2009.
